A couple of emails ago you mentioned you like jump downs for end stage shoulder rehab. Do you just mean jumping down from an elevation to the ground or is there something else involved? Anything else you like?
Just finishing up with a high energy field trial lab going back to hunt tests and field work after PRP and stem cells in a supraspinatus injury. So far so good but we are at the very end now so don’t want to miss anything.

Re: End Stage Shoulder Rehab
It can be jump down, jump over… Any sort of high loading eccentric activity.
More recent research is saying ‘ANY way you can load the tendon… load the tendon’.
Down hills / stairs, tug of war, ‘push ups or play bows’...
I’d also start doing burst activity drills. Fetch, Retrieves, Out and back sort of drills… starting short distance and gradually going farther and farther.
It’s the scary (but exciting) phase!
