Sorry to bother you with this but I can’t find where I read it recently. You talked about your documentation and how brief it is as we assess each treatment and that it is just a guideline for someone coming in after you.
I am changing jobs and want to decrease the documentation time. Can you either direct me where you wrote this or answer it for me again.
