I was wondering what you use to help clients with homework.
Do you have a webpage where they can go and see videos and pictures?

Hi J!
So, for some of the standard things I have protocols that we have printed off and can give to clients and check off which ones I want the clients to do.
Otherwise, I have worked with an online exercise prescription software provider and created a platform with most of the exercises I like to prescribe:
www.fourlegexercise.com
They offer a one month free trial. I created the exercises, but they take care of everything else.
