Good Morning!
My question for you: Can I print off the articles and newsletters for my techs to read? Can I show them your video? I need to start doing monthly rehab training all while I'm learning and doing orthopedic surgeries and gearing up to graduate my 1st born (college search in full swing). Time is just not available for everything.

Yes, absolutely print off article / newsletters for your staff. And indeed feel free to show them videos. Many clinics have one subscription for their entire rehab dept.
Oh boy, first born off to college! Nobody warned me how hard it would be. I cried daily for 2 weeks. I don’t know if it’s better to be prepared or not. I underestimated how emotional I’d be! So stock up on wine and chocolate for those two weeks!
