Hey….can you answer me one quick question. I am struggling with the Hz with the laser. I do not understand when/how to set the different Hz on the laser. I know not to set CW with dogs but beyond that I don’t understand. There is nothing in the equations given that talks about frequency.

So there is very little research (okay, pretty much none) pertaining to Hz and laser. What Peter from Spectravet has told me is that the higher Hz (i.e. 5000) can ‘seem’ to the body to be like CW.
So he has recommended just using the lowest (and easiest) frequency to pulse at (for one of our lasers that’s 2Hz, for an older model it’s 250Hz). No need to get any fancier than that!
