documentation
What are people using for electronic documentation systems? Are there any off the shelf data bases that can be set up and used for evals, treatment notes, communications with vets, vendors etc? Nothing fancy, but paper notes are not cutting it anymore. I am a "home care" CCRT and may start carrying a lap top or a tablet with me for doing quick notes just post treatment. Thanks!
Re: documentation
Check down below... there is a discussion entitled Software in this section. There is also a similar thread in the Miscellaneous category as well.
BTW, my IT guy suggests using Microsoft OneNote as a way to take notes... maybe not the permanent solution, but could be the solution while at the appt which could be transferred to your other files / documents if you house them elsewhere on your computer or in cyberspace the rest of the time.
Cheers, Laurie
