That would explain why she had pain on shockwave of the lateral shoulder (and nothing of medial). Although she has never had pain on stretching the biceps, incl palpation at the origin.
I wonder if she has MSS as well, or just a biceps. So frustrating to not have imaging here! I could get the biceps U/S'd possibly, guess it is not going to change treatment though.
Re the xrays, that was probably my fault, I didn't take them (our orthopedic surgeon did) but I did tell him not to hyperextend her R shoulder so he was too scared to touch it, haha.
