Does your dog have any lower back pain? Anything from L4 to SIJ? I definitely see USMI cases that improve or resolve with treating lower back pain. Any time the ultrasound findings come back with structural change to the ilio, I am quick to recommend either shockwave (hopefully there is someone in your area with a machine) if dog is to return to “normal dog” activity level, and/or stem cell combined with PRP if they want to return to high level...
