Re: Sesamoidititis?

Thanks David and Laurie for your replies, much appreciated as always. She definitely isn’t giving me a pain response even on hard palpation. The only thing she is (inconsistently) reacting to is full carpus flexion. Shoulder 1st rib neck etc all NAD. I took her to my orthopod and he also said carpus...

Re: 1st rib

Thanks for the reply Laurie :)

It's a pretty cool magic trick.. fixed one dog who had not been able to hold her weaver entry for years, to nailing every one. That was fun!

1st rib

Hi I have a question about 1st rib. I am seeing more agility dogs, and find 1st rib pain on one side/other/both on nearly every dog! Is that common? Not v common to be bilat, and I refer those for imaging. Not finding that much shoulder dysfunction, although I always say what David said- if we have ...

Hi Laurie and David,
Thought I would post a quick update- so far so good! She is back in work and running well. No more off weighting. Fingers crossed it stays like that!
Thanks for your help :)

Re: Multiple issue case

Aargh sorry Laurie I thought the whole thing pasted but obviously not. Here is rest incl CT Long discussion with O about Sousie's signs. Discussed that may be either orthopedic or neurological, and could potentially be both. Some of the signs that she describes and also clinical exam findings may su...
