Any guidelines for rehab after a total hip replacement surgery?
Steps/time-line? What to expect each week after surgery?
When should I work on ROM? And when should we start to encourage weight bearing?
What should I avoid and are there any red flags?

Do you mean CNS or peripheral nerves? For CNS in Italy I use propentofylline or a supplement called NEUROGEN (EPA, DHA, choline and uridine, vit E, resveratrol) and sometimes lipoic acid.
