Total hip replacement

Any guidelines for rehab after a total hip replacement surgery?
Steps/time-line? What to expect each week after surgery?
When should I work on ROM? And when should we start to encourage weight bearing?
What should I avoid and are there any red flags?

Thank you for your help

Not sure if they are really helpful, but at least they can't hurt anybody For Peripheral nerves Vit B12 and lipo...
