Thanks Laurie, I'll go and look up the links.
Would definitely be up for a video training on this! If you have time to schedule it in for 2021.
Best wishes,
Philippa

Cart Fitting
Hi All,
Is there any online (or other) information/training on how to fit carts? I'm in the UK.
Thank you,
Philippa.

Re: Shockwave/Radial Pressure Wave for OA/SIJ
Thanks as ever Laurie! My SIJ patient was much better at her last visit - I got the owner doing her homework again (she had lapsed) and it was much improved!!! Nice to have the RPW as a backup though. Will let you know how I get on if I do use it for that.
Happy New Year to you!

Shockwave/Radial Pressure Wave for OA/SIJ
Hi All, Has anyone used or are using their radial pressure wave machine for sacro-iliac joints? (In addition to laser and manual treatment). I have a FHO who is now getting more SIJ issues and I was wondering if adding in RPW would make our treatments last a little longer like they have done with th...

Re: Forelimb Amputee Carts
Hi Laurie,
Thank you for your help (as always!). Meg gets around great without the cart so it is just to take the weight off the remaining forelimb. So that's great we don't have to worry about the front end!
Many thanks,
Philippa.

Forelimb Amputee Carts
Hi All, I have a client who ordered her cart through Eddie's wheels. Little Meggie is very good at just using her hind-limbs and coasting with her left forelimb. I was kinda hoping that she would use her left forelimb but just take a little weight off it while in the cart. Meg does have some elbow o...

Re: MLS lasers
Hi Laurie, Yes, I liked the design of the laser but I just could not get my head around doing 4J/cm2 for a cat elbow and the same for a Newfoundland elbow....it just didn't seem right. And I agree it was really faffy (might be a UK term!) to change the settings...so I sent it back after the trial. I...

MLS lasers
Hi All, I had an class 4 ASA laser (they make Cutting Edge ones) on loan to try for a bit and noticed that the recommended settings for J/cm2 were very low compared to my class 3B laser. I saw a brief reply on the blog saying that as this type of laser bleaches the tissues so you don't need such a h...
