Hi, I'm just cruising around and saw this post. I do have some clinics that still fax and do not email. I use a service, www.myfax.com. It's easy to use and is 10 bucks per month. I don't need to buy a fax machine or set up another phone line, I get my faxes on my email, can send faxes from my lapto...

I have. I've had a couple of cases and have seen a couple others. And they can be heartbreaking. All I can say is expect a timeline of recovery of months. Rarely a dog may require ventilation. I agree with looking at her patella stability, especially in extension for mild luxation. Also, I'd palpate the long digital extensor tendon for "popping" out of its "groove" at the proximal lateral tibia.
